Meeting Spaces

The Diverse Power Conference Room features a large conference table with seating for 10, plus additional seating for 6-8 additional guests along the wall. On one side of the conference room is a 72″ flat-screen TV with Zoom teleconferencing capabilities, and on the other end is a large dry-erase board for brainstorming sessions.

The KIA Board Room boasts an impressive boardroom table that seats 14 comfortably, plus room for plenty of extra seating along the walls. There is ample space for folding tables for refreshments, breakfast, lunch or handouts. The KIA Board Room will be updated soon to include large TVs for presentations and videoconferencing capabilities.

The KIA Conference Room can be configured with round tables for luncheons or small-group workshops, in a U-shape for larger meetings, in rows for a classroom setting, or any combination of these configurations. The room can accommodate up to 65 people in a classroom format or up to 50 for a luncheon with round tables.

Coming soon, the Interface Center for Business Innovation will be available to all chamber members free of charge. A small office and meeting space, it will be available for in-person meetings, phone calls, teleconference meetings, and more. Whether you’re downtown and need a private place to take a call or you work from home and need a professional setting to meet a potential client, the Interface Center for Business Innovation will be available.
